MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Snake.io, and its development team, Kooapps attended the Philippine Game Development Expo (PGDX) 2024, which took place from July 26 to 28 at the SMX Convention Center in Manila. The expo featured a mix of activities, including game showcases, workshops, panels, and networking opportunities.
Snake.io was a standout hit, with attendees praising its simple yet challenging mechanics and competitive gameplay. The game’s ability to keep players hooked for a long time was evident as PGDX attendees immersed themselves in the endless snake-eating action. Other popular titles such as Piano Tiles 2 and Microtown.io were also showcased during the event. Free merchandise was also given to attendees who scored more than 2000 Snake.io points to add an exciting element while playing the game.
PGDX 2024 provided a platform for indie developers and industry leaders to connect, share ideas, and showcase their latest innovations in game development. Kooapps totally killed it, proving that Filipino game devs are bringing their A-game.
