1. Go with the Pack!
Snake camps are a gold mine for pellet piles, as eliminations happen often in these areas and pellet pile dumps are plenty. It’s not advisable to enter the fray, however, as the risk of elimination is high with so many snakes around. It’s best to play like a vulture— stay close to the pack and scavenge the remains of eliminated snakes.
2. Coiling
This strategy is especially effective if your snake is long enough to coil multiple snakes at once. Once you’ve completely wrapped around an enemy snake, all that’s left to do is to narrow the space they’re moving in. Trapped snakes usually counter this by baiting a collision as you try to narrow the circle, so stay cautious and avoid speed boosts.
3. Sideway Baiting
This is a strategy used by players if their snakes are long enough to cover both sides of the arena. They would usually allot space for opponents to enter the edges of the arena. Once the player sees that there are opponents who entered their sideway bait space, they will close the area and make sure there’s no room for the opponents to escape them.
4. Ignoring
Some opponents will fixate on eliminating your snake by endlessly chasing you and baiting collisions multiple times. While it is tempting to fight back and try to bait the enemy yourself, the reward is usually not worth the risk especially if you’re a large snake already. The right strategy to apply in this situation is to ignore the enemy snake. They will make a series of attempts to kill you, but once they realize that it’s futile, they will eventually stop.
5. Magic Pill
There are pellets that, once eaten, will allow your snake to go invincible and will let you go across an opponent’s body without dying. These magic pellets are rare, so you must try to consume these pellets whenever you see them. While the invincibility boost applies only for a limited time, it’s an effective way to grow bigger as you have a capacity to chase and kill other snakes without the risk of dying.
